Kagomi nodded with a smile.
"Yes that was Jovi..." Kagomi said saying her sister's name with a hint of resentment. She sighed and took another bite of the pancakes Graven made.

Graven smiles back at Kagomi and cuts down the smalls stack of 3 pancakes and eats them.
Here I am...eating pancakes...with Kagomi. Weird...never had anyone over here in all the time I've lived here...wonder why.

Kagomi suddenly switched her fork to her left hand and began to flex her right hand under the table, trying not to attract attention.
"These are really good Graven!" Kagomi complemented once again.

Graven notices a scar on Kagomi's right hand before she switches and remembers seeing it several times on their date last night but never bothered to question it.
"Heh...thanks...they're not exactly the best though. Anyways...ummm...what is exactly up with that scar on your right hand Kagomi...you don't have to tell me if you don't want to."

Kagomi literally dropped her fork in suprise at Graven's question, she never told anyone, not even her aunt, how she got the scar. She looked Graven in the eye. She then brought out the hand in question and eyed the scar that ran from her pinky to her wrist.
"Jovi..." Kagomi said quietly, she then took a deep breath, "She gave me this scar a year and a half ago... when I was still living with our Aunt.... Our Aunt wasn't home and My dear little sister went psychotic because I wouldn't let her go somewhere with her friends... It was Our Aunt's favorite carving knife that did the deed... " Kagomi then finished biting her lower lip half expecting Graven to call her a liar. "I told you back when we first met, online, that I had many scars due to Jovi, and this happens to be the most noticable..."

"Mean little sister you have. Can understand why you hate the little devil. At least you got away from her even if it was for only a night."
Graven smiles at Kagomi and looks at the scar on her hand and takes its lightly and kisses her hand lightly then lets it go.
"Thanks for telling me...heh...just never really bothered to ask about it."

"Yes... I try to excape her as much as I can...." Kagomi said blushing as Graven kissed her scar gently. She then smiled at him. "You're the first and the only person I've told that believes me..."

Kagomi sighed.
"Everyone always believes Jovi for her excuse seemed more logical..." Kagomi said before she leaned over and kissed Graven on the cheek. "I love you, you're really sweet..." she said with a smile, trying to drop the subject of Jovi.

"Last night was fun. It was the most fun I have ever had. Though there was the two little bad spots, other then those, I wish that anytime we go out together it is that enjoyable."
