Ayumi stretched within the space of her leather cloak before rubbing her eyes childishly. It was her first time here, and despite how excited she was to have finally gotten the privilege to get the game, she was very shy to approach someone. Ayumi looked down at her own character - the detail was simply remarkable compared to some other games she had played.
Her anxiety got the better of her, causing her to fiddle with the hem of her shirt or constantly poke the slashes within them. She was very satisfied with the way her character turned out and the game so far. It exceeded all her expectations, including the rumors about the game.
Deciding she's been walking around too long, she found a comfortable spot to lean against - hoping to see someone that may catch her eye. She sighed, " If only one of my friends had decided to join, then this would be a bit more fun... "

When Kite logs into The World, he first stretches then yawns. It was a long day at work for him in the real world, so he decided to log in.
"Darn them all...it was too long of a boring day that would make a rich man happy. Finally I at least get to log in."
Kite leaves wanders around aimlessly and buys a few things that he would need. After a while of walking, he comes across a girl leaning against something. Her clothes were rather simple and holey.
Then again, walking around without a shirt on and only a scarf to keep my chest protected is really simple too...
Kite walks up to the girl and bows to her then offers out a hand for a shake.
"Hello there. My name is Kite, an Adept Rogue Twin Blade."

Ayumi blinks, almost surprised. She would've dozed off if her stubborn nature hadn't kicked it. She tilted her head to the side slightly - examining this 'Kite' before her. After a reasonable assumption popped into her head, she shook his hand. "My name's Ayumi - Blade Brandier."
Shyly, she bit her bottom lip before shuffling her feet against the floor. "Pardon my behavior, I'm just not used to The World as of yet..."

"Pleasure to meet you Ayumi. And it's alright, lots of people feel that way when they first play this game. I was the same way when I first played it, but you get use to it after a while. And don't worry, if you want, I can help you get use to The World. I basically like helping new players to the game. And I can help you level up too and protect you from any PKers."

She smiles brightly before letting out a few coughs. Quickly shrugging, she pushes herself off of the surface she was leaning on and unbuttons her cloak a bit more - allowing it to fly open.
"I guess that would be best. Better to stick with you than waiting here forever..." she replies, slowly letting her statement drift into a small silence. She blinks a bit before looking up at Kite, "Would you prefer just this two-party, or more?"

"Up you to decide. If you want we can wait here for someone else. And yeah, just standing around does tend to get boring. I know how that is seeing as thats what I mostly do at work."
Kite chuckles and smiles at Ayumi. He leans gives her his member address then leans against a wall to await an reply back.
"And if it helps any, I'm not a PKer. Can't tell you how many times people ask if I am one."

She chuckles just slightly before giving her member address to him as well. She examines his stance once more before bursting out in hysteric giggles - like a child.
"I could tell if you were any threat. You were nice enough, so thus I trusted you when you approached," she reveals. Quickly, she looks around before shrugging, "Guess we should just head out then - it doesn't look like much people are on anyway." She holds her hands behind her back and tilts forward in a rocking motion. "I guess it'd be best for you to lead - I'd rather not look like a fool, after all," she admits before straightening her posture.

"Alright, then shall we get going then?"
Kite pulls up the menu and invites Ayumi to the party. He gets up from the wall starts walking toward the Chaos Gate.
"Will a level 5 area do for you Ayumi?"

Ayumi, feeling a bit too childish now, pulls off her cloak and carries it in her arms for the meanwhile. After realizing he's already walking off, she runs just a bit to catch up to Kite and walk along side him. Eagerly, as they approach the Chaos Gate, she nods, "I guess it'd be a good start, for now..."

"Alright then, a level 5 area here we come."
Kite chuckles and smiles at Ayumi's eagerness. Thinking of which words would make a good area, he randomly picks Hidden Topics Paradise and plugs them into the Chaos Gate.
They arrive at a field area with 5 islands and a mission being to just kill the boss monster.
"Alright, so what do you think of this field?"

Her amber eyes scan the area as she spins around. Finally deciding to focus, she combs her hair with her hands and, with a deep inhale, she ponders to herself.
"Seems alright," she replies with a smirk. "Now, if only every field would've been like this... with warm weather too." Slowly, she begins to tie her hair up into a ponytail. "And... if this mission is just to kill a boss-monster, where's it?" she asks - half expecting it to just pop up.

"Well we'll just have to find it on any of these islands. And yeah, isn't fun to be in cold weather if your character is like mind. Bare skin isn't exactly the best layer for warmth."
Kite chuckles and looks around for a group of monsters and finds a group of goblins.
"Ready for your first fight against a monster?"

She chuckles before brushing her hand against the hilt of her blade, Envy. Rather than giving a reply, she gives a small nod.
"Usually I wouldn't even need help... The World surely is different than other rpg's, I guess..."

Kite draws his Gold Blades and smiles. He picks a target and rushes over to the group and surprises one by stabbing it in the back killing it instantly.
"Aww the thrill of killing monsters. So much fun."

Ayumi was busy fixing her cloak away when she suddenly realized Kite moved only a bit away from her to destroy a party of monsters. Her eyes wander around the open field whilst he had finished them off, in search of another party.
She almost didn't hear him when she drew Envy, but nevertheless ran off a bit deeper into the field. She had caught sight of a small party - two to three - of monsters and her blade was drawn just high enough to slice through more than one of them.
With a smooth slide, the blade sliced right through - allowing her to quickly get back into her normal stance with her blade's tip rested snuggling in the ground.
"Let's move a bit deeper - I don't seem to see much on this island," she said to Kite, after turning around to look back at him.
