CC 2135 before Í, 11 years after the downfall of Mariemaia Barton and the successful attempt at the real operation meteor; the gears are turning again. Colony LX 18999 has long since been finished and put into commission as a civilian colony, inviting the people from earth into a flourished community. The sweepers group 17-A were in charge of clearing what they could from Northern Europe. Upon coming to Brussels; Belgium, one team from the group found the remains of the heavily damaged Wing 0 Gundam buried under 11 years of snow, dust and earth. Deciding to take it in as orders requested it was secretly being repaired by the team who discovered it. Having been exposed to the Z.E.R.O, the team leader became insane. Taking the Wing 0 with only superficial replacements for the missing parts, he took aim at Colony LX 18999 and fired. The colonyfs destruction caused millions of deaths, including those of Vice Foreign Minister Darlein, The newly elected presedent. Heero Yuy, Duo Maxwell, No Name (Trowa Barton) and Quatre Rebarber Winner. As a result from the recoil of the Double Buster Rifle and the fact the suit was severely below 75%, it set off the self-destruct mechanism. With the death of the vice foreign minister and the president, turmoil ran rife, threatening civil war. Not more then a day had passed when the civil war officially broke out when hired mercenaries with outdated mobile suits attacked the governmental palace on earth. The UESA began re-creating mobile weapons of their own, to which the Colonies responded with please for peace. The please fell upon death ears, as both sides were turned against each other in another long war. The colonies had no choice but to cut the weed at the roots to stop this war.
