Creak. Creak.
The rusted swings and the metal chains produced a gentle scraping noise, rhythmetic in a sense, and almost comforting to her ears. She slowly nudged her weight forwards, sending fresh movement once more. Finally breaking from the strange reverie she was so caught up with, Wakamura Sachiko halted to a stop, her feet resting on the stone gravel on the ground in the park. She stopped to adjust the headphones that were worn around her ears, before grasping the chains in position once more.
Staring up at the sky, the aftermath of the rain earlier that afternoon had washed away alot of smog and humidity that was lingering for a while now. Yes, it was warm even during winter. Strange... Sachiko thought, before closing her eyes again, rocking herself back and forth, almost as if she was submersed in a gentle lullaby. Despite her ears was filled with music, her mind was furiously working around complicated matters and topics about the most intriguing MMORPG that had caught her heart for the past half a year now. Such as, when will she play again? Where should she train and level up? I wonder if I could party up with those nice players again...
She stopped, once more. The park was deathly still, but given that it's a public area, there's bound to be someone lurking around. Sachiko looked up at the canvas of a sky again, feeling immensely sleepy. Perhaps too much rocking on the park swings had lulled her to drowsiness.
