Kite waited patiently by the chaos gate in the sigma server for his friends he knew to arrive. A lot had happened during that time that he had lost count of over the time. He just wanted to gather the gang back up and go off to a difficult field this time. Word had reached him of a area that had killed several players without a moments notice when walking into a ruin.

I must be crazy picking this area, I mean it's over even my head and I'm bringing other people who are probably still under my level. But hey...might be interesting of a area.

Kite knew he was ready for this area for he had all the items needed for it. Hopefully the others would be prepared as well.

Logging in Ranma sat at his computer with the green desk light illuminating the room in a ghostly manor along with the greeny blue glow of the screen. Holding a piece of paper with instructions inbetween his lips he typed away at the keyboard with 2 hands, opening up the launch pad, typing in his account name and password, clacking past the instructions and disclaimers and then clicked on play. He had been on daily recently and for a good dose, but not too much. He was on because he had received a mail from a friend of his first visit to the world that they were going group hunting in a mysterious high danger area.

Putting the piece of paper down he looked at the instructions as he moved his character, Tetsuo across The World to the chaos gate. Surely enough Kite was there already, good old reliable Kite.

“Hey Kite, got your message. So where’s this mystery danger zone you mentioned?”

Kite smiled when he noticed Tetsuo get to the Chaos Gate. It had been a while since he had seen Tetsuo, and was glad he was able to make it. Indeed it would be a dangerous area from how it sounded from the occasional talks and that's what would make Tetsuo needed.

"Burning Merciless Insomnia, apparently it's a rather interesting area where there is actually some ruins where you can die rather quickly in. And from what I heard, what killed people was just the monsters. The boss hasn't been seen at all, so I could only imagine. Think your up to the task of it?"

"Ooo difficult question, let me think for a min-yup I'm good to go."

Testuo knew he wasn't anywhere near Kite's level and would only be able to do some base level dps whilest healing minor wounds. That wouldn;t be enough...probably. If this area is where the devs wanted to test out their master monsters then they really wouldn't stand a chance. On the otherhand how many people could say they whent to the ruins of Burning Merciless Insomnia and saw the PK monsters. Well PK was the term generaly given to gankers and spawn campers but skilled people sometimes got the title. For an NPC to earn the title it wasn't uncommon. Being good at it however was.

"You do realise this is pretty much going to be a quick in and out...because we're going to be chased, right? Apart from trying to see the monsters themselves what are you hoping to accomplish? Meet and kill the boss?"

Tetsuo was starting to have second thaughts whilest waiting for the others. Nonetheless he was a man of honour and he would stick with Kite as long as he could. He only hoped his client didn't CTD.

"The trill of knowing the odds are stacked against us with such strong monsters. We'll need to think on our feet to fight these monsters and the boss."

Kite's eyes looked liked they had a inner fire to them and chuckled. He would love this place for all it's worth, even with all thats against them.

"So to answer, I want to go just for the thrill of the challenge we face. And I do have items to help us with the area as well, hopefully enough of them."

Tetsuo slapped his forehead.

“Knew I forgot something, Items! Wait here I’ll go get some…not going to be ideal but you never know what’s going to happen. Hopefully there’ll be some awesome loot.”

Tetsuo ran off toward the town shop which was half way across the town from the chaos gate. Upon entering the shop he saw it was rather busy, people clicking left, right and centre on the different potions and antidotes and items they desired. Good job virtual shops never ran out of stock…or do they? Cycling through all the options he read the descriptions thoroughly and analysed the prices. Revival potions were a definite must, max potions were paramount also. ATK UP, DEF UP, also good. Tetsuo realised his money was running low so he had to sell some of his previous loot to make up for it. Old clothes with stats modifiers, weapons he considered trying now and then, weaker potions.

Wow, they’ve really improved stock recently, guess this was the patch they added for shops. Wonder what else was added, or if there were any ghost fixes.

After engulfing as many items as the inventory would allow, Tetsuo returned to the Chaos gate, still only Kite was there. A few groups of people were going in and out of the Chaos gate but to different locations. Looking around Tetsuo realised the ping rating in the town square were unusually low. Puzzled he asked Kite as he approached.

“Do you know why there’s so few people around all of a sudden?”
