Each time you use an art, you will have to wait for three of your own posts before you can use another.

Steam Gunner:
Thorn Shot- three consecutive shots, each slightly more powerful than your current caliber. Good for hitting an enemy party. Start with
Thunder Spark- Two armor piercing shots directed at a single target; 2 hits 200 posts
Plectre Bullet- Fires three shots at airborne targets; slightly stronger than Thorn Shot, but more effective on aerial targets.; 3 hits 400 posts
Tempest Blast- one, much higher caliber shot. (600 posts)
Lv. 3 Art - Dust Bullet- Fires a shot into the air, which then splits into a rain of high caliber shots that cover a small area around the targets (1000 posts)

Sparrow Counter- hit enemy into air then slam down enemy; 2 hits (small) 200 posts
Sword Dance- Attack by creating circular air on the blade: 4 circular hits (small) 400 posts
Tri-Strike-powerful lunge, 3 downward hits 600 posts
Whirlwind: 6 hit whirlwind attack (medium) 800 posts
Chaotic Strike: hit enemy up and attack air borne enemies; 10 hits, 8 are fast hits 1000 posts

Edge Punisher-
Tiger Blitz- Attack in a V pattern 3 hits Start with (small)
Twin moon: Strike upward; 2 hits (small) 200 posts
Armor Pierce: Strike upward; 3 hits (small) 400 posts
Bone Crusher-Wirlwind attack, 3 swings (medium) 600 posts

Flick Reaper-
Wicked Strike- Circular slash, 2 hits (small) start with
Lotus Flower- (small) Circular slash followed by upward slash; 2 hits 200 posts
Reapers Touch-Multipul circular slashes, 5 hits (medium) 400 posts

Blade Brandier-
Sword Flash- Fierce lunge 4 hits (small) Start with
Ogre Sword- (small) quick sword draw; 4 hits 200 posts
Lateral Moon- powerful strike upward 3 hits (medium) 400 posts
Razor's Edge- (medium) lunge followed by multiple strikes 4 hits 600 posts
Disaster Sword- (large) Sword draw with upward strike; 3 hits 800 posts

Tribal Grappler-
Rapid attack- Rush with strike and kick, 7 hits (small) Start with
King Hammer- (small) pursuit attack to break down enemy guard; 4 hits 200 posts

Lord Partizan-
Air raid- thrust upward, 2 hits (small) start with
Thorn Dance- (small) Break through the enemy defense by force; 5 hits 200 posts

OK with Adept Rouges, they learn skill arts slower then other classes. So heres the listing

Any art that needs 200 posts- Adept Rouges need 300

Any art that needs 400 posts- Adept Rouges need 600

Any art that needs 600 posts- Adept Rouge needs 900

Any that needs 800 - they would need 1200

Any that needs 1000 - they would need 1500

in other words, multiply how many posts a single art would need by 1.5

You don't find the post count too immense? Even for the standard classes? I mean, it'll be fine when there's more to actually do and more roleplays to actually get involved in. There needs to be more people to have more variety. And variety attracts more participation.
